Trusted and experienced professional that you will personally know, Jeffery Jurickovich, can inspect your property. Scheduled site visits based on owners schedule. Exterior and/or interior monitoring with a detailed report sent to owner. Photos, videos and even facetime with owner while performing scheduled property inspection. Visits will be tailored to owner requests. 

Some examples of site visits can include:

- Trees/turf/shrub monitoring

- Irrigation inspection

- Landscape maintenance checks

- Pool maintenance checks

- Gates/fences/locks

- Plumbing/fixture checks 

- Leaks/pests

- Vehicle/equipment starting

Many private estates are second homes and not used on a regular basis. A landscape crew or pool cleaner may be the only one to go to the property on a regular schedule. Property owner may not even personally know who is there. Jeffery Jurickovich, owner of Grounds Management of Hawaii, is available to personally monitor your property.
